- Coffee pod can be "made" at home with BREW-YET™
- Coffee pod that does not come in the blend of coffee you wanted is a major
drawback in the single serve coffee industry. The single serve coffee
suppliers have tried ways and means to mitigate the situation.
- Firstly, most single serve coffee makers allows you to use a variety of
coffee pods. Then, they tried to come out with more and different blends
very season to cater to as many taste profile as possible.
- However, to get the exact blend that individuals like, can only be
achieved if consumers are allowed to "make" their own pods.
Personally, using what I call quack methods, highlighted online should never
be attempted.
- You would almost definitely spoil your coffee and sometimes, your single
serve coffee machine as well. There wasn't a solution until the arrival of
"™" coffee disc maker. .....

I am admittedly a “coffee snob” who is always trying to make the
"perfect" cup of coffee. Through the years I’ve tried every
possible method: percolator, drip, espresso, French press, AeroPress, and
even the Toddy Cold Brew System..
Several years ago, our daughter gave us the Senseo coffee maker --
thinking it would end my frustration -- but it proved disappointing.
Like you, I decided it was the coffee pods, not the maker, so began purchasing pods
from various coffee companies. This proved expensive and not the coffee
beans we preferred, so I began visiting website message boards to see
if others had the same problem. There were countless others! On one site I
found instructions on how to make my own coffee pods; but too many users
found it potentially damaging to the coffee maker. So I put my
Senseo into storage, thinking some day there will be a
solution to the problem.
Last month I decided to re-visit “the problem.” A Google search took me
to the Ecopad,
Senseo’s Refillable Coffee Filter, the Perfect
Pod Maker, and your BREW-YET Coffee Disc Maker. After reading reviews
on each of them, I decided to buy your product for reasons of economy and
ease of use. And I am SO HAPPY to have made that decision! Your
inexpensive, easy to use little disc makes a perfect cup of coffee. Thank
you, fellas, for bringing a solution to the problem!

- My girlfriend recently brought her Melitta One coffeemaker to my
place (she had a spare!) because she loves her coffee in the morning, but it
became a real chore for me to brew even a small pot of coffee every day: day
in, day out. Also, although she likes her available flavors well
enough, over the past couple of years I have been brewing (and totally
enjoying) some Vietnamese coffees, which are not available in
pods.
- After an exhaustive web search - during which I found a few different
solutions available, read many reviews and did an awful lot of thinking - I
decided to try your BREW-YET Coffee Disc Maker. Reasons? It is economical,
requires no electricity and I could use my own coffees to my heart's
content. Although I had some initial concerns regarding the size of
the discs and the size of pod holder in the Melitta [see
55mm FAQ], I found that the machine I have at home has the
"improved" pod holder (somewhat larger than the original one
Melitta first used), and after reading your helpful suggestions regarding
filling, folding inserting the Disc into the pod holder and pre-wetting it
(which I think may have been the most important of all [See
pre-wetting FAQ]) I brewed two excellent cups of coffee this morning use
one of my Vietnamese blends. Bravo!

- I made my own pods with the filters
included using coffee from a local convenience store that has the best
coffee. Wow! Now I can have the coffee I love at a great
savings. I used to buy coffee pods from Gevalia until they no longer
carried them. This new way saves shipping cost and waiting for the
shipment to arrive. What a great invention!

indeed work just fine.....and I thank you for taking the time, effort and
financial commitment to bring such an item to the market place. ...
The stores in Prince George do not carry pods, so I have been buying them
from an industrial supplier at $10.25 for a box of 18 pods. So thank
you again for putting this device on the market.

- My son and I experimented today with the BREW-YET™ for brewing chai. It was
hot and delicious. Our next experiment will be with loose tea leaves.

- I Love my BREW-YET™ pod maker. It gives me the ability to
use may favorite Columbian coffee in the my Senseo machine and to make it as
strong as I like. Truly, I have NEVER had better

I love being able to use whatever kind and flavor of coffee that I
want at a fraction of the cost of brand-name pods.
I even think that the taste is better because you can make it to your
own taste. Making my own
discs has saved me a ton of money. It
is easy to use and only takes a minute to make a disc.
This is a must have for all coffee lovers who brew with a pod
maker!!!!!
